Individual dancer, small group, or company portraiture is available at your dance studio or at an off-site location that is tailored to your team's unique talents and your studio's vibe.

Location, date, & theme options
Sessions can be scheduled at your choice of location:
- On site at your studio, with or without a seamless backdrop
- Outdoors for fun, editorial-style environmental portraits (weather permitting).
- Or at a spacious natural light photo studio.
Whether you’re looking for elevated classic studio shots; modern, edgy, or editorial-style environmental portraits; or something entirely out of the box, I'm excited to showcase your talented team with unmatched style.

Booking & Scheduling
Once we’ve landed on a date, I can coordinate all signups, payments, timelines, and booking reminders on our end -- so, beyond selecting a date and session concept, you won’t need to worry about any of the booking specifics! Before our session, I’ll send out a welcome packet with wardrobe tips and posing inspiration so your dancers will feel confident and prepared.

Gallery Delivery
Session images are professionally edited and color-corrected within 2-6 weeks of our session (depending on group size).
The number of images delivered varies based on session time length, but most dancers can expect to receive 10-15 final images from their individual sessions.
Group photos are delivered directly to the studio, and individual sessions are delivered via private (password-protected) client galleries. If you need full team photos delivered earlier I am happy to deliver them to you separately - they are typically ready within 1-2 weeks of our session.
All photos from our session are provided to the studio for use on social media, marketing, and studio promotion.
Session pricing varies based on location, team size, as well as the amount of time booked per dancer. Our most popular session option for small- to medium-sized teams includes approx. 10 minutes per dancer at an average cost of $125 per dancer. Some locations may require an additional studio rental or location use fee, and larger teams may need to be booked over multiple session dates.
Full team/company group photos are complimentary for studios with individual bookings of 10 or more dancers. Session fees include each dancer’s full edited gallery as well as any group photos they are featured in.

I work directly with dance studios or schools to book these one-on-one and/or team/group portrait sessions with dancers of all styles, levels, and ages - all on-location at your dance studio or at a location of your choice. These sessions are highly tailored to your needs: give me a shout and we can customize an experience just for your group!
Event & Performance Coverage
Holiday shows, company showcases, annual recitals. I am here to cover your beautiful dancers and performers for the whole day. A selection of digital files and printed products will be made available for purchase to dancers and their families in a private proofing gallery after the event. At this time I am only accepting performance/event coverage bookings from studios I have worked with on portraiture sessions.
Studio branding / media days
Tailored specifically for dance studios, I spend up to a full day at your studio capturing a "day in the life" in your corner of the world. Studio Media Days include instructor headshots/spotlights as needed, as well as candid, photojournalistic style coverage of as many classes or rehearsals as you'd like. Can be combined with on-site portrait sessions, company headshots, or team portraits - let me know what you need!
