WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:

Please come dressed in your choice of comfortable dancewear or your favorite costume piece(s). Solid colors tend to photograph better than intricate patterns, but any dancewear that you feel comfortable and confident in will be perfect! Any dance shoes (including pointe and tap) or bare feet are fine. We will have a tap board on site.

Feel free to bring some backup wardrobe items as well as accessories or small (handheld) props if you'd like - there is a private changing room/bathroom on site.

Hair and makeup can be worn in your favorite style. Long hair worn down really highlights movement, but please wear your hair any way you are comfy! If wearing your hair up, please do bring extra hairspray to keep flyaways under control.

scheduling:

Each session is 15 minutes, but please be mindful that exact start times may deviate just a bit, depending on number of spots booked. It's recommended that you allot about 30 minutes of your day to your session to accommodate small variances in start times, etc. This is a rented studio location, so we do have a hard stop time at the end of each day.

photo delivery:

You'll receive a minimum of 10 edited photos within about 3 weeks of our session. These will be high resolution, print-ready files. If you'd like to have any of them printed, I'm happy to facilitate within my network of professional printing services. I'd love & appreciate a tag on IG @clairebaxter.dance 🫶
