Individual dancer, small group, and company portraiture sessions are available at your dance studio or at an off-site location that is tailored to your team’s unique talents and your studio’s style.

Location, Date, & Theme Options
Sessions can be scheduled at your choice of location:
- On site at your studio, with or without a seamless backdrop
- Off site outdoors for editorial-style environmental portraits (weather permitting)
- Or at a spacious natural light photo studio.
Whether you’re looking for elevated classic studio shots; modern, edgy, or editorial-style environmental portraits; or something entirely out of the box, I'm excited to showcase your talented team with unmatched style.

Booking & Scheduling
Once we’ve landed on a date, I can coordinate all signups, payments, timelines, and booking reminders on our end -- so, beyond selecting a date and session concept, you won’t need to worry about any of the booking specifics! Before our session, I’ll send out a welcome packet with wardrobe tips and posing inspiration so your dancers will feel confident and prepared.
What Does It Cost?
Session pricing varies based on location, team size, as well as the amount of time booked per dancer. Our most popular session option for small- to medium-sized teams includes approx. 10 minutes per dancer at an average cost of $125 per dancer. Some locations may require an additional studio rental or location use fee, and larger teams may need to be booked over multiple session dates.
Full team/company group photos are complimentary for studios with individual bookings of 10 or more dancers. Session fees include each dancer’s full edited gallery as well as any group photos they are featured in.

Gallery Delivery
Session images are professionally edited and color-corrected within 4-6 weeks of our session.
The number of images delivered varies based on session time length, but most dancers can expect to receive 12-15 final images from their individual sessions.
Group photos are delivered directly to the studio, and individual sessions are delivered via private (password-protected) client galleries. If you need full team photos delivered earlier I am happy to deliver them to you separately (they are typically ready within 1-2 weeks of our session).
All photos from our session are provided to the studio for use on social media, marketing, and studio promotion.
